1.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms on each occasion you use this Website.
1.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
2. Products & Orders
2.1. All orders for Products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available and we will not process your order.
2.2. The images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.
2.3. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2.4. The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.
3. The Contract Between Us
3.1. Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the process.
3.2. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.3. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the Products which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card through our payment processor, Stripe, at the time of placing the order.
4.2. We will not dispatch any Products until we have received payment in full.
5. Delivery
5.1. We will deliver the Products to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.
5.2. We will aim to dispatch your order within [e.g., 3-5 working days]. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
5.3. If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
6. Your Right to Cancel & Returns Policy
For Change of Mind:
6.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2. To cancel your order, please notify us in writing by emailing [Your Email Address].
6.3. If you cancel your order, you must return the Products to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
6.4. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the Products within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided they are returned in their original condition. We will not refund the original postage cost.
For Faulty or Mismatched Goods:
6.5. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
6.6. If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund.
6.7. For faulty items, we will cover the cost of the return postage. Please contact us to arrange this.
